Directions to Seabrook Beach

Take 495 North to 95 North to Route 286 east, toward Seabrook.
It’s the very first exit on 95!

Follow 286 (go left at 2nd light to stay on 286) until it ends at Route 1A.

Take a left on Route 1A (North) toward Hampton Beach.

80 yards past the 1st traffic light on 1A, turn left into the half-FREE parking lot. This is just past a restaurant and has a good view of the harbor.
(This is all about 1000 ft before the Seabrook/Hampton draw bridge).
There are some public toilets in the middle of the parking lot. PARK BEYOND THE PUBLIC TOILETS (this is new for 2014). The section south of the toilets has been converted to resident only parking.

Walk back to the intersection with the traffic light, cross 1A and walk down this side street, “Hooksett St.” to the beach.

Look at the beach for flying frisbees. That’s us!

We usually start about 6:00 p.m. or a little after.

Wear swim wear, and bring old shoes or go barefoot. Remember, sandpaper is made from sand. If your feet aren’t accustomed to running on sand, wear old shoes (at least for part of the time).

There’s no out-of-bounds on the ocean side, and dives into the water are always rewarded with applause!
