We’ve pegged the end-of-season party to be at Tinu and Nipa‘s on Saturday evening, Nov 5th at 5pm. It will be the usual pot-luck.

It is not too soon to construct your award, or, feed me award suggestions.

We also pegged the end-of-season CHAMPIONSHIP GAME to be Tuesday, Nov 1st. This is picked so the end-of-season party does not conflict with all the Halloween events in October. Also, last year the cold dwindled our numbers quickly as November hit.
THAT MEANS WE ONLY HAVE 4 GAMES LEFT in 2022.

See you all Tuesday, Oct 11th at the Tewksbury field at 5:30.

With the season going strong, we will move the End-of-Season Party out to the end of season. Don’t know quite when the end of season is.. November 1st, maybe? Too early to tell.

The new purple light-up disc worked pretty well, and, it is pretty. I can’t wait to use it again on Tuesday Oct 4th, at the Tewksbury field, at 5:30. See you there!

No rain! No mist! No wet feet! We can still sweat.

Looks like a perfect fall evening. With the field lights and nifty cool new-age light-up frizzbee, I am not sure we need to move start time to 5:30 as we have done in the past. However, daylight is better then, and, you can still arrive when you can arrive.

We will, once again, watch the weather radar. I might not be able to send out an early on/off tomorrow due to volunteering at NH’s primary polling. The temperature will be warm.

Last Thursday’s Seabrook Beach players strongly want another Beach night. The next opportunity is Thursday, Sept 22nd. Let it be known, if you want this beach night. Details: Start at 5pm, low tide at 4:06, official sunset at 6:40 (it will stay light longer).

On a side note: Deanna and I will complete the 48 NH 4k peaks on Saturday Sept 24th. All are welcome to join us for the celebration atop South Twin Mountain. Followed by watching the sunset from North Twin Mountain. Please let us know if you will join us.

Whew, Tuesday was the hottest, sweatiest game this year… there were no subs.

Seabrook Beach will be coolish but sunny, and, there will be a moon. The tide will be incoming, so, bring a towel. We’ll shoot for a 5pm start. This is, most likely, the last beach night of 2023.

There is diminishing light scattered drizzle from 6pm until 6:45. We can endure! It will be coolish (mid 60s) and your feet will get wet. Sounds like fun to me! See you at the Tewksbury field Tuesday Sept 6th at 6pm.

Thursday will be an awesome beach night with the daytime high at 80. Let’s get started early, target 5pm ! First off, because the sun sets at 7:05. Second, because the low tide is at 4:22. A shrinking field means ample opportunities to snag your 2022 diving catch !
