This Saturday July 13th is the big summer party at Ankers Pond. As usual, I’ll have the burgers, softdrinks, bottled water, condiments, tableware, etc. You all bring sides like salads, chips, your own booze, desserts, exotic grill food, etc. We get going around noon to 1pm. It will be a long day. Stay over (tent, car, corner of some room) if you want (don’t drive if not sober). It may cool down at sunset, so a change of dry clothes, sweatshirt, etc is wise (also mosquitos like to feast at dusk). We’ve handled the occasional thunderstorm before. They come, we run, they pass, and we’re back to fun. Since so many people have pets, bringing pets does not work. We have a cute dog, Otto, living with us.
Feel free to move stuff around.. like tables, chairs, games. There is no caterer. Take a turn at the grill. If the ketchup runs out or you find you need a garlic press, find it in the house.

The usual game this Tuesday, July 16th, at the Tewksbury field at 6pm.

Weather is looking good for a Tuesday game at the Tewksbury field at 6pm.

A Friday game is a first for us! The tide is right. The weather is right. There may be more beachgoers that we have to persuade to move or join us, so we might be a little off to the left or right of the beach access. See you all Friday evening, July 5th, at Seabrook Beach at 6pm.

Since Thursday is the 4th, and the low tide on Friday is even better.. Game time 6pm on Friday July 5th at Seabrook Beach!

Looks like a great night for a water bottle. I’ll have some by the table in the white foam cooler.

It is time to be getting excited for our summer party: Saturday July 13th. Always a good time, even in a flood. LOL.

A hot hot week!

The usual Tuesday evening game at the Tewksbury field, June 18th at 6 pm. It will be a hot one with temps in the 90s!

Thursday looks like an ideal beach day. Again, temps in the 90s with a “feels like” at 99! Wow! That ocean will feel great to dive into! The temperature of inland Seabrook will be mid 60s. The beach will be colder with some wind. This week, I suggest using Door Dash to get your Markey’s.

A good night for running (i.e. cooler than typical, but still, shorts and tee shirt)

Thursday is a beach opportunity if the weather works. Right now, it does not look good (high winds, cool, and rainy). I don’t expect it will work out. 🙁

Comfortable Summer Temperatures this Tuesday. No signs of a downpour. However, looks like we need practice quickly vacating the field. Last Tuesday’s downpour was over by the time we were all in our cars. LOL
