The chance of rain looks worse this week, than it did last week. I don’t even know if anyone played last week.. except for Bob Weir. I think there’s a better chance of Bob playing again this Tuesday evening, than us playing. I’m going to go chase him down, but, I’ll be looking at the weather radar, too.

Pete and I are off to a Bob Weir concert.
Dale and the pinnies and cones are off enjoying themselves.
The rain is moving off the continent.
Where does that leave you?

I’m sure the Jeffs of the world will want to play tonight.

Watch the radar for those dreaded green globs. If we can dodge them, the game’s “on” at the Tewksbury field at 6:00.

The rain should be gone. The grass may be moist. A good night for lawn chairs.

This week, I won’t forget the waiver forms, so, bring your $10 for the season. What a deal!

We’ve got everything in place to begin our 30th season!!

The field is in great shape and the weather has been friendly.
I’ll have the usual USA Ultimate Waivers for everyone to sign and I will collect $10 for the season to pay for the liability insurance we purchase to secure the field. It’s a great deal!

Let’s get this started. I’ll see you Tuesday, April 10th, at the Tewksbury field, at 6:00.

We better make sure the dirt filling the sink holes is well tamped down. I’ll bring the cones so we know where we need to tamp. Anyone have some grass seed lying around?

P.S. I turned off the “comment” option of the web postings. Dale’s last posting attracted over 10,000 comments.. proving he is a SPAM magnet. I didn’t see any comments coming from our group members. I didn’t bother to read through many of them. How many “hot dates” can I realistically go on?

I’ll bring the wheel barrow and shovel.  We can fill this winter’s sink holes and divots.  We are back to seasonal temps.. dress appropriately.
