Looks to be a fantastic beach night !!!
I hope you are as psyched as I am!
The sun officially sets at 7:25, let’s start early!
See you Tuesday, August 28th, at Seabrook Beach at 6:00 or earlier.
Ping pong to the Tewksbury field, August 21st.
Summer continues in Tewksbury!
See you at the field, August 21st, at 6:00.
Seabrook this Tuesday, August 14th
Good News! The forecast for Seabrook is better than the forecast for Tewksbury!
We will need to watch the radar, since it is still summer with scattered rain.
Plan on Seabrook Beach and Markey’s. It will be cooler than it should for Mid-August.
See you Tuesday, August 14th, at Seabrook Beach at 6:15.
Next game, Tuesday, August 7th in Tewksbury
Summer weather at the Tewksbury field, Tuesday, August 7th.
The next beach day will be Tuesday August 14th.
Tuesday, July 31st at Tewksbury field
We close out a fantastic July at the Tewksbury field, Tuesday, July 31st at 6:00.
Thursday Seabrook Beach – Happenning !!!
At 3:30, it looks like the last of the rain will be drying up at 6:30. It’s a “go”. Game on!
Repeating the “split plan”:
Assuming that we will need 2 fields, when the split happens, let’s have the more hard-core players take the Southern field (towards Salisbury), and, the less aggressive players take the Northern field (towards Hampton).
See you Thursday, July 26th, at Seabrook Beach at 6:15-6:30 (low tide is at 5:30). We will have a great moon.
Final Double Header: Tue-Tewks, Thur-Seabrook
Tuesday, July 24th, at the Tewksbury field at 6:00.
Thursday, July 26th, we have one more skinny, slanted beach due to the moon. We’ll have to dodge the usual summer thunder storms. Low tide is at 5:30, so, be early to catch the best sand. Say 6:15.
Assuming that we will need 2 fields, when the split happens, let’s have the more hard-core players take the Southern field (towards Salisbury), and, the less aggressive players take the Northern field (towards Hampton).
rainout: Tuesday July 17th in Tewksbury
At 2:00pm, it looks like there is no escaping the rain clouds. Bummer.
See you next Tuesday, July 24 at 6:00 at the Tewksbury field.
Seabrook Thursday night, then Beach Deck BBQ
Thursday, July 12th at 6:15, at Seabrook Beach, then, BEACH DECK BBQ ’cause we have some leftover beer. The tide is low at 5:09, so, we will have a skinny field which gets wetter as the night goes on. The tides do no cooperate with us until August.
With the leftover beer, we need a “BYOB” eatery. Usually we use Brown’s, however, as a whole, we’ve never been satisfied with Brown’s and I’m hearing it right now. Dale found Beach Deck BBQ, right next to Castaways Grill next to where we park. The reviews for this place are glowing, they have an outdoor deck, and are open until 9pm. It’s a BBQ place, not seafood. We have always been game to try different places, if for nothing else, to drive us back to Markey’s.

Beach Party Saturday, July 7th
Saturday July 7th is our not-to-be-missed summer beach party!
The basics are:
This goes from noonish to post late night campfire.
Many crash overnight in tents, campers, or any cozy surface in the house.
I will have quantity of burgers, hot-dogs, kolbassi, corn-on-the-cob, maybe other stuff.
Others (you) bring salads, snack food, desserts, chips, fruit, salads, fruit salads, and desserts.
Some bring fancier stuff to grill. It’s a long day, so plenty of grub is great.
I’ll have bottled water, sodas, ample beer, but if you want your favorite flavor, bring it.
The venue is a half acre swimable pond and beach, yard, woods, and volleyball.
If it is a hot day, come prepared to get wet to stay cool.
The fireworks have been delivered and it’s a good size pallet.
Come ready to listen and play some music. How this rolls out varies year to year. The “Not Fade Away” band will be doing some jamming. Join in if it works, or, take the stage later, or strum out a few songs wherever you see fit.
“Ankers Pond” is showing up on google maps! Our address works, too.
52 Chase Rd.
Londonderry, NH 03053
603-965-6563 :my cell phone which I’ll check, but rarely
603-437-7113 : house phone which someone may pick up if you are lucky.
That’s the scoop. Please ask if you have any questions or concerns. Like, yeah, you have to be careful not to get yourself or others hurt. Let’s call this an “at your own risk” event.
See you on Saturday, July 7th, at Ankers Pond. Bring some fun with you!
